On The Road Again  Yes, we are taking to the road again today, August 31st, and heading to the great state of Ohio. We will be doing a concert tonight at Miami University with the Christian Student Fellowship group. It's been a while since we have visited there, but we have a cool connection with this group as Greg served as a student campus minister intern during his senior year at Cincinnati Bible College. That was a decade ago now, so, not too many personal connections, but still great to be part of what's happening there. We'd love to see you out there if you're near Oxford, OH. We even have some friends coming all the way from ICELAND to see us there tonight! :-) So, if you're closer than Iceland... we hope to see you there. :-)Also, coming up this weekend, we'll be at my cousin's wedding! My cousin Jim is getting married on Saturday and I get to be in the wedding, and will be singing with my sister, Tara - the original 'S' in basic - and having a great time with most all of my mom's side of the family. Will be nice. Next weekend we head to Meadville, PA and Owensboro, KY for a few weekend gigs. Check the left column for details, or click through to the calendar page for more. Hidden Treasure So... to reward those of you who read this far... I'd just like to share some great, fun news at the end of this issue of the basic e-news... There's another baby on the way. :-) Many of you know the ordeal we went through this past fall, so when we found out about this baby, we did not publicize it as early as last time. But this time, all appears to be completely healthy and normal. Jen is very tired, and occasionally nauseous, and overall feels bad. But, that's good believe it or not, as that means baby is most likely thriving! We are thrilled. The baby is about 12 weeks along now, and we are very excited. :-) Just wanted to share the good news. If you'd ask this baby's Father (I mean the heavenly kind) to grow it to fullness and allow us the chance to know this one better, we'd be greatly appreciative. We are trusting him with all of the lives he gives us: our kids we see, and those we don't see, and even our own lives. His love never fails. Of that we are sure. So... here we go again! :-) :-)
