/basic e-news/ Vol 6. - Issue 3a [June 9th, 2006]

Today may be a bit rainy for you (at least, if you're here in Rochester, NY area) but this weekend should be a great weekend for a picnic! :-)

We'll be singing at a fund-raiser picnic put on by the Faith Fellowship church in Livonia, NY. The event runs from 5:00pm-7:30pm. It's free, but donations to the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship (campus ministry) group are encouraged, obviously. :-)

We'll be doing about a 45 minute set, and then two other groups will be performing; The Slaters, and the Ben Proctor String Band. It was a fun event last year, and should be again this year. So, we invite you to join us in Livonia this Sunday evening for some picnic food, games and live music from basic!

Faith Fellowship's property is located at 5630 Pebble Beach Road in Livonia. That's on the corner of Pebble Beach and West Lake Roads. (West Lake is Rt 256). To get there, just take I-390 south from Rochester, exit at Rt 20A and head East. (Left). At the first main intersection, turn right on Rt 256, and their property is about 1 mile on the left.

This has been a quick concert reminder... not an official basic e-news. :-) There will be another edition of the e-news in the next couple weeks. One book is in the final proofing stages, the other should be to the publisher for the first stage by Monday! Stay tuned for more details there. And, we're headed to Virginia and Ohio at the end of the month, so check your inbox for the details in the next e-news.
